.) Remove the cooler from the ear. There are usually a nut inside the cooler holding the spike. Unscrew the faucet and it appears to the right.

.) Remove the plastic insert from the hole in the cap minikeg, and insert the plug into the ear hole, from inside the refrigerator. The beveled edge of the cap goes first, and the flange of the cap must end flush with the cooler wall.

.) Cut a 6 inch piece of vinyl tubing, and from the inside of the refrigerator, put in the hole in the cap minikeg. Leave a few inches of the tubes protrude from each side of the refrigerator.

.) Cut the threads of the water supply line (use a hatchet). Pull the hose out of the braid, leaving a hollow tube with a length of braid. Flatten the last inch or so from one end of the braid. Times greater than itself 3 times to seal the end. Tighten the cap with a pair of pliers to crimp it closed.

.) Slip a hose clamp at the end of the braid, the braid and slide on the edge of the vinyl tube in the refrigerator. Tighten the clamp until comfortable but not to squeeze the tube closed! Photo 2nd row # 2 and # 3

.) Insert one end of the valve in the pipe on the outside of the cooler and secure with a hose clamp. Clamp the hose of another landslide in the long end of the piece of tubing, connect the hose to the outlet of the valve, and secure with hose clamp.
