What do you call those beer pictures that move?

They are usually of landscapes and waterfalls and reside in bars and what not. They also have clocks on them and advertise some old school beer. Any ideas? Thanks alot!

    The are called motion signs, or motion clocks

    I think they are simply called Moving Pictures.
